We are taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously, and wanted to update you on the measures we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our clients, visitors and staff.
We are following guidance from the CDC, and in addition to our standard cleaning procedures, have added additional daily steps to allow for more frequent deeper cleaning of our offices. We have also created a policy requiring all staff members to stay home if they are feeling ill, and we have limited travel.
For the time being we are limiting all in-office appointments to those clients who are not feeling ill. During this time, we will continue to conduct as many appointments as possible via phone. We are also working to decrease the number of clients or visitors in the office who do not have a formal appointment. If you have paperwork for us that you need to drop off, please call us first so that we may discuss alternative options.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and adjust procedures as necessary. Your safety, and the safety of our staff, is our highest priority. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
