
Biography
Marcus L. Misinec is a partner at Bayliff, Harrigan, Cord, Maugans & Cox, P.C. experienced in family law, estate planning, personal injury, and veteran and military-related legal matters. Marcus also handles client needs in the areas of real estate, and contracts. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Indiana including the Southern and Northern District Courts and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Services and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Marcus served 11 years on active-duty as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army assisting Service members in many of the areas mentioned above both at home and abroad. He is continuing his service as a member of the U.S. Reserves.
