History

This firm was established by the present members in 1966. During the first twelve years of the firm's existence, we were located in south-suburban Kokomo, Indiana.  In 1979 we bought the building we now occupy, located in downtown Kokomo, across from the Courthouse, and moved our offices there.

The firm maintains a general practice with a strong emphasis on personal injury litigation, including some defense work, in all state and federal courts.  It employs thirteen additional personnel including an investigator and five paralegals.  The firm encourages continuing education for lawyers paralegals, and secretaries as well as participation in professional and civic organizations.
